An opportunity for women to learn techniques for releasing and managing the stress in their life. The purpose of the group is to coach women on how to create a personal action plan and get support integrating the plan into their daily life. We will explore causes, symptoms and effects of stress, relaxation methods, meditation, exercise, art, music, humor and massage. There will be opportunities to participate in retreats.
